Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You will be the driving force behind our sales & marketing initiatives, responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and fuel our business growth. This is a key role in which you will collaborate directly with senior management to shape our market position. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and building strong relationships with clients across Myanmar.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B, government, embassies, factories, logistics, and commercial sectors).
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Manage key accounts and oversee the negotiation of contracts.
2. Marketing Strategy and Branding
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company's services through digital, print, and event channels.
- Build and maintain a professional corporate image and brand awareness for Thitsar Guardian.
- Plan and manage participation in business expos, tenders, and trade shows.
- Oversee social media presence, company website, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, and market trends.
3. Client Relations and Business Development
- Act as the main point of contact for potential and key clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain client database and follow up on leads systematically.
- Develop referral and partnership programs to expand client networks.
4. Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights for improvement.
- Forecast sales trends and prepare annual business development plans.
- Monitor team KPIs and report progress to senior management.
5. Team Leadership and Coordination
- Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with the Operations and HR departments to align client requirements with manpower planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in security, logistics, or service industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Burmese and English).
- Knowledge of security industry operations and B2B contracting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New client contracts secured per quarter.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
- Revenue growth versus target.
- Marketing campaign performance (inquiries, reach, conversions).
- Brand visibility and engagement metrics.

Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard at Thitsar Guardian Security, you will be responsible for protecting property, maintaining security, and ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors at our client sites. This role requires alertness, good communication skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to various security situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent security breaches, theft, and other violations
- Control access to premises by checking identification and authorizing entry
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Write detailed reports of security incidents, observations, and activities
- Provide assistance to visitors and staff as needed
- Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with law enforcement officials when necessary
Minimum Requirements
- Age between 18-50 years
- Minimum height of 5'3"
- High school education or equivalent
- Good physical health and fitness
- No criminal record
- Willingness to work shifts (day/night) and weekends/holidays
